We cooked Biksemad for dinner today. It was the twice challenge for us:)
Jens said he likes using wiener sausage because he have eaten for long time that original recipe (of course Inge's), so we used sausage instead of poak.
Det smagte godt!!
Actually I ate Biksemad last summer when Flemming and Inge took us for special lunch at "AAMANNS" in Copenhagen.
That was good looking and delicious Biksemad :)
Jens told me that Biksemad is one of traditional food in Denmerk and have eaten at home, so I think it is like "Nikujaga" in Japan which is also potato food and we usually cook at home :) (Niku means meat and jaga means "kartoffel".)
